TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The prize will be 0% Estate Agent introduction fees charged by Fairfield Estate Agents Ltd on the sale of one property which is drawn from eligible entries of 100 properties.

2. The Prize Draw promotion will run for new instructions, with a completed entry form, received from 20th July 2011 until either 9 months after this date or we are instructed to market the 100th property, whichever is sooner.

3. The promotion applies to any person(s) who instruct Fairfield Estate Agents Ltd to sell their home in a ‘WD’ postcode area within the dates of the promotion or Fairfield Estate Agents Ltd have been instructed to market the 100th property, along with completed entry forms.

4. To be included in the draw it is a requirement that Fairfield Estate Agents Ltd are instructed on a sole agency basis for a minimum of 8 weeks with a For Sale board erected outside the property (unless against the rules of a block of flats) and an entry form is completed.

5. The prize is only applicable to one property.

6. All entrants must be a fan page member (Just press ‘like’ on our Facebook fan page and enter the ‘quote’ on the entry form).

7. Any person(s) selling more than one property for which they are the legal owner may enter the draw for each property that they instruct Fairfield Estate Agents Ltd to sell during the period of the promotion.

8. The prize does not include legal fees or the cost of a legally required Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

9. No employees or business associates of Fairfield Estate Agents Ltd or their families may enter this promotion.

10. Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.

11. No cash or other alternative prizes are available.

12. The winners will be notified by telephone, email or in writing within 4 weeks of the draw.

13. The prize is strictly non transferable and must be redeemed by 31st December 2012.

14. In the event that the winner withdraws their property from the market then it is deemed that they are relinquishing their prize and Fairfield Estate Agents Ltd reserve the right to offer the prize to a substitute entrant.

15. The winner(s) agree to be available for post event publicity and to use their name and photograph in any such publicity.

16. The winners name will be posted on the Fairfield Estate Agents Ltd website at www.fairfieldestates.co.uk.

17. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
