OUR POLICY on RETURNING TELEPHONE CALLS

Our policy is that if you call the office and the person you wish to speak to is on an appointment or not in the office, the member of staff who took your call will try to deal with your enquiry and not PASS THE BUCK!! If they cannot deal with your query immediately they will get someone who can and if there isn't anyone in the office who can then someone will call you back the same day. It's very rarely an hour and its Never a day!
